Yalçın Eke was born in Kayseri in 1943. After graduating from Istanbul Erkek High School, he graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1968. Eke, who worked as a self-employed lawyer in the first years of her profession, continued her profession as the founding partner of Eke&Şimşek International Law & Consultancy in 1994 and has been a lawyer for 48 years. He is married and has two children.
